Guided by Kamâmak Wellness, Mindful Youth is a weekend program held once a month, designed to help young people grow, connect, and build stronger, healthier mindsets in a supportive environment. Through guided conversations, interactive activities, and peer support, participants gain practical tools to shift their thinking, strengthen emotional resilience, and deepen self-awareness.
Each session also includes hands-on creative projects, giving youth the opportunity to express themselves while reinforcing what they’ve learned. By the end of each weekend, participants leave not only with meaningful connections, but also with tangible tools and strategies they can apply in their everyday lives.
