Core Issue Healing Workshop
A three and a half healing retreat located at Star of the North in St. Albert, Alberta - delivered by Bearwoman and Associates.
We utilize a gentle, spiritually guided method that past clients have claimed to be transformational and life changing.
Participants will have an opportunity to work on intergenerational issues including:
Residential school
60’s scoop
Abuse
Abandonment
Family/relationship issues
Healing the inner child
Participants are immersed in a safe, supportive environment to release past pain, change negative experiences, and turn wounds into wisdom. The Core Issue workshop includes self-reflection and healing guided by experienced facilitators.
MUST BE DRUG FREE for at least 3 months and minimal alcohol use.
Workshops, meals, and accommodation funded by Indigenous Reconciliation Funds.

Grief & Loss Workshop
A two day grief and loss workshop retreat located at Star of the North in St. Albert, Alberta - delivered by Bearwoman and Associates.
A gentle and supportive workshop to help aid participants through understanding and connection.
Participants will have an opportunity to work on grief and loss issues including:
Healing the trauma of loss
Letting go and forgiveness
Understanding the grieving process
Connecting with loved ones
Honouring loved ones memory
Finding purpose
